Two plate mounting holes must be drilled in order to install the VT2. When the original bridge is put back on, the two holes will be hidden, so you can keep the original look.
*Modifications other than the above may be required depending on the condition of the guitar, even if the model is compatible with VT2. Please consider replacing parts on the assumption that they will need to be modified.
