Powerful tone and color box with two unique circuits

FET Crusher and Zener Blender
The Vertigo Sound VSM-3 is a tone and color box, saturator, and distortion unit with two unique circuit options.
The 2nd Harmonic FET Crusher adds warmth and richness to the mix, while the 3rd Harmonic Zener Blender adds brightness and detail. There is also an option to mix the Crusher and Blender outputs together.

Modeled after the Vertigo VSM-2 hardware unit
The Vertigo VSM-2 hardware unit can add color, saturation, enhancement, compression, limiting, and distortion to sounds. The Vertigo VSM-3 plug-in developed by Brainworx recreates the characteristics of the VSM-2 in a DAW, inheriting all the harmonic generation and unique settings of the original hardware.

Extensive monitoring functions
The “MS” solo switch allows you to monitor the mid or side signals. The “Distortion Solo” switch also allows monitoring of the generator signal added to the dry input signal via Crusher, Blender, or both.

Additional plug-in-specific features
Vertigo Sound's VSM-3 offers features not found in the VSM-2, such as Dry/Wet control of the THD Mixer and the ability to run Crusher and Blender in parallel or serial. In mastering, the accuracy and power of the VSM-3 will be unmatched. It is also suitable for vocal and instrumental busses.
