Dynamic Range Meter with M/S


To achieve the best mix, the dynamics must be contained in the right places.
Loud mixes tend to sound crushed, and it is easy to lose valuable objectivity during long mixing sessions, causing a crushed mix to become the final product. bx_meter is an advanced measurement and metering tool that allows you to visually analyze audio signals in a variety of ways.
You can clearly see with your eyes what you might miss with your ears.

The bx_meter displays the peak and RMS values of the mix and the relationship between the two in a dynamic LED in the center. bx_meter has mid/side modes (+ and -) in addition to the standard L/R modes to display dynamics more closely to the ear.
Like many other Brainworx tools, it has valuable additional features such as several solo switches and a floating dynamic LED mode.

Rather than automatically making your mixes sound better, bx_meter simply allows you to "see" the state of your mixing and mastering process with unprecedented precision.
This visual information about the mix allows you to better understand the dynamics, M/S, phase, and level correlations of what you are hearing. The result is more accurate mixing and mastering.
