Like the analog original, this plug-in offers the same incredible low- and high-end shaping capabilities of the best passive EQ designs, as well as the precision, detail, and functionality of a high-end 21st century design.

At the heart of the Bettermaker EQ is the "P EQ" section, which recreates the classic curves and creative workflow of the iconic Pultec EQ, but with tremendous clean headroom and without the extra grit and distortion of vintage tubes It has no extra grit or distortion like vintage tubes.

Blending the best characteristics of old-school and modern hardware EQs, Bettermaker EQ232 has been used by Mike Dean, Dave Pensado, Jaycen Joshua, Matt Schaeffer, Jimmy Douglass, Greg Wells, Luca Pretolesi, and many other major producers and engineers.

EQ232 adds features not found on the original Pultec, including two wide-range semi-parametric bell filters, a flexible high-pass filter, advanced mid-side processing, presets, and an A/B comparison option.
