ADPTR Audio's Sculpt realizes next-generation dynamics processing.

Symbolizing the future in dynamic and tonal control, Sculpt, designed for mastering and group bus applications, can thoroughly and cleanly reconstruct sound in ways not possible with other processors. Its core features include:

- Highly transparent "Upward" Compressor
- More traditional "Downward" Compressor
- Powerful tonal and transient shaping with "Sculpt"

These three sections allow refined touches for mastering and mix buses, enhancing specific elements of samples, stems, and instrument groups.

- Parallel operation of 4 modules:
Sculpt is built upon four dynamic modules operating in parallel. The Upward Compression module provides transparent dynamic control, while the high-quality Downwards Compression offers more conventional dynamics control. The Tone Sculpt module emphasizes or suppresses specific audio parts, and the Transient Sculpt module precisely controls each sound envelope. Each module includes mute, solo, and output meters for visual confirmation of its impact on audio.

- Master tone manipulation:
Each module in Sculpt features frequency controls, functioning as side-chain EQ control in the compressor modules, tone balance control in the Tone Sculpt module, and transient selection control in the Transient Sculpt module. The Tone Balance Graph in the Tone Sculpt module displays track frequency balance, allowing constant monitoring of tone. Sculpt excels by not applying frequency-dependent processing; instead, it affects input gain on a per-sample basis, resulting in incredibly transparent outcomes.

- Distortion-free dynamics control:
Sculpt utilizes state-of-the-art Envelope Detection Algorithm (EDA), mimicking human perception of sound, achieving higher responsiveness than traditional compressor technologies. EDA operates distortion-free even when handling complex materials with ultra-fast attack and release settings. With Sculpt, you can apply side-chain compression from light to heavy without concerns about distortion.

- Functional auto-gain:
Unlike most dynamics processors that overlook perceived loudness when applying makeup gain, Sculpt analyzes the entire frequency characteristics of the input audio signal and adjusts knobs accordingly, enabling precise level-matched A/B comparisons. Included presets adjust automatically based on the dynamics of the input audio signal, ensuring you hear the intended sound.
