A perfect reproduction of the TEC Award nominated EQ2 with Air Band.


Maag has released a plug-in version of its TEC Award-nominated EQ2, offering the magic of Air Band at a lower price point and the perfect complement to the EQ4.

The Maag EQ2 not only offers the same audio magic as the EQ4, but also has additional features that make it the perfect partner for the EQ4.

While the EQ4's broad musical control over four frequency bands makes it the perfect EQ for sweetening tracks, the EQ2's second band gives you more control over center frequency and bandwidth, making it the perfect tool for fixing problems or creating more radical changes.

Like the EQ4, the EQ2 features the legendary Air Band, but offers a 15khz band not found in the EQ4. The eleven LMF bands, six wide and five tight, offer a wider range of frequency selection than the EQ4, which only offers a wide bell selection.
This allows the EQ2 to narrow down problem areas in a way that is not possible with the EQ. The EQ2 also has an input attenuator, which the EQ4 does not, to help normalize the signal before applying the EQ.

Maag Audio's EQ sound has been heard on vocals from artists ranging from Madonna to Celine Dion, Black Eyed Peas to Snoop Dogg. Now you can recreate this legendary sound in your DAW.

Maag Audio's EQ design allows for very low phase shift on all EQ adjustments, enhancing air while maintaining the integrity of the original sound of the mix.
The air bands interact with the other bands to tonally sculpt the track from top to bottom with unrivaled transparency and top-end presence.
