Nugen Audio SEQ-S is a powerful linear-phase EQ that supports sources from mono, stereo, and MS to 7.1 channels, capable of real-time spectrum display. It features a unique "EQ Matching" function that provides astonishing resolution not achievable with traditional parametric interfaces, allowing you to refine any source and achieve your desired sound.

Using an interface where you can directly draw EQ curves based on detailed spectrum analysis results, the EQ Matching function of SEQ-S derives optimal EQ curves from differences in frequency analysis results, a unique feature of SEQ-S not found in other EQ plugins.

Matching Flavors of Separate Takes
With SEQ-S, you can select an audio track you want to use as a reference, capture the frequency distribution flavor at any section of that track, and instantly apply that flavor to the track you are currently working on. When you want to match subtle differences in sound quality between different recording takes or adjust the harmony of files after restoration, you can't do without SEQ-S's "EQ Matching" function.

Creating Perfect "Sound Spaces"
The EQ Invert control is a convenient feature that minimizes the overlapping of bandwidths between tracks, which can be cumbersome with traditional EQs. By sampling a vocal track and applying the opposite EQ curve of its frequency characteristics to a backing track, you can create a "sound space" for vocals without unnaturally changing the sound quality of the backing.

High-Resolution Low-End Control
Unlike other linear-phase EQs, SEQ-S features unique quality adjustment functions. This setting allows for extremely precise control in the low end, enabling very transparent adjustments without clouding the mix. Resolution can be adjusted depending on the task, choosing the highest resolution for mastering and lighter resolution for extensive EQ use in large mixes, allowing for versatile use according to your needs.
