Dreadbox / Terminator

The Dreadbox TREMINATOR has a VCA circuit that is directly descended from synthesizers. It is an analog tremolo effects unit with a rich range of expression.

The Dreadbox TREMINATOR is based on the final signal flow stage of a synthesizer called a VCA (voltage controlled amplifier).
Our development team has adapted this simple circuit to create an expressive effects pedal by combining it with an LFO controlled by an envelope generator.
