This double-sided training pad provides a strong training effect on the arm, wrist, and finger muscles. It is 6" in size and blue in color.

ZILDJIAN training pads for drums are double-sided. The 3/4" thick FLEXX side is for all types of arm, wrist, and finger exercises. The 1/2" thick WORKK surface is suitable for practicing techniques using a wide range of motion of the upper arm, lower arm, and wrist at low to medium speeds.
