The UVX80 is based on an analog synthesizer released by a Japanese manufacturer that at one time dominated the market as a leading manufacturer of samplers and recorders. Instrument. What made this model challenging was its gorgeous, futuristic looks. The beautiful FL tubes displaying all parameters and the slanted rear panel were sensational. From a technical standpoint, its construction was more extravagant than that of the JX-3P, which appeared at the same time and used the same DCO. It has two more voices and incorporates a sub-oscillator and accurate pulse-wise modulation (PWM).

◎UVX80 delivers the charm and texture of the real synth with various modern-flavored features, incorporates, and tones. Its distinctive timbre and sound design techniques are utilized in numerous presets, including warm basses, sharp leads, textured, atmospheric sounds, spacious sound effects, crisp bells, distinctive strings, and more. All sounds are grouped by type for instant access to the desired tone. You can then edit and layer for original sounds, basic or modern, and use numerous parameters to your liking.

◎The UVX80's operation screen is designed to resemble that of the actual machine. The dual layer structure of two oscillators provides 28 sound waveform presets for oscillator 1 and 111 presets for oscillator 2. Each layer provides a multi-mode filter, ADSR, pitch, portamento, stereo processing, arpeggiator, and modulation wheel assignments. In addition, a flexible LFO and 16-step modulator allow for quick manipulation of dynamic and complex sound changes. Finally, familiar high-definition studio effects: drive, chorus, phaser, delay, and reverb color the tone.
