Thorus is a next-generation chorus effect based on UVI's long-held dream of a perfect chorus algorithm. Thorus is the result of combining state-of-the-art technology chorus models with the experience gained from the development of Sparkverb and Falcon. It is characterized by a sound that combines a profound modulation effect with fantastic clarity. Thorus takes classic effects to a new level and is a high-quality modulation plugin that you will want to apply to various sources.

Main Features

More Voices, More Choices Unlike typical 2- or 4-voice chorus effects, Thorus' design is based on a variable 8-voice structure. This processing of up to 8 phases allows for unprecedented transparency and results in any setting, from the slightest effect to extreme modulation.

Clear Interface Thorus provides filter tools along with dynamic voice control for more precise processing of sound effects. Simple screen dragging is all that's needed to tone the highs and tighten the lows. Harmonic Edge controls can also be used to create the proper sound effects for your mix.

Multi Mode Thorus offers two optional modes. The" Standard" mode is a general sound processing mode that reflects the sound image of the input material. Wide" mode creates a spacious stereo image. The effect in both modes is articulate and allows for unrestricted speed and depth control.

Comfortable Operation Thorus comes with a large number of presets. The wide range of presets includes synthesizers, drums, acoustic instruments, guitars, vocals, and other materials, making it a helpful starting point for finding your preferred settings.
The A/B compare switch and mix controls are helpful for finding the best settings for your tracks and getting to the desired effect quickly and comfortably.
