The Symphony I/O Mk II 8x8 MP and Symphony I/O Mk II 16 MP Connect series are based on Apogee's proprietary AD/DA converters with high stability and performance, Advanced Step architecture. Apogee engineers have designed a simpler, more optimized analog circuitry using state-of-the-art components to provide a single modular board that can be used for a multitude of AD/DA converters, microphone preamplifiers, and other applications. This allows us to have a large number of AD/DA converters and mic preamps on a single modular board. The Symphony Connect series is a single Symphony I/O Mk II unit with up to 32 channels of mic preamps that offers unprecedented price advantages while maintaining Symphony's traditional quality. The Symphony Connect series is compatible with DanteR, ProToolsRHD, and ThunderboltR systems, implementing industry-leading sound quality and scalable, high-density I/O configurations. It is the ideal choice for various installations in broadcast, live sound, post-production, education, and even worship and congregation, as well as, of course, recording studios.

Noiseless gain adjustment up to 72 dB in 1 dB increments
Maximum input level of +26 dBu
Optimized performance through elimination of common-mode noise and improved EMI suppression
Supports impedance switching (2.4k/10k ohms) for passive microphone splits in live sound applications
Control of all mic preamps from Symphony I/O front panel, optional Apogee hardware remote, or Apogee control software
Simplified and optimized signal paths and carefully selected components deliver more channels with traditional flagship audio quality
Have flagship mic preamps in 8, 16, 24, or 32 channel configurations per unit
Supports Dante, Pro Tools HD, and Thunderbolt system connectivity
