The D2 is a dynamic instrument microphone suitable for stage, studio and broadcast use.

The D2 is equipped with a hypercardioid microphone capsule that can accurately pick up only the sound of the instrument you want to record during onstage performances. The microphone capsule uses a VLM? diaphragm with a wide frequency response, and is transformerless, low impedance, and has a balanced connection in the internal circuit, achieving a natural and accurate sound with excellent audio response and little distortion.
The D2 is particularly suitable for recording percussion instruments such as toms and congas, and can also be used to record a variety of instruments such as saxophones, guitar cabinets, and brass.
