The TB-303 Software synthesizer is a DAW plug-in for this historical instrument, offering circuit-level acoustic accuracy plus functional modern enhancements.

The Roland TB-303 Bass Line, with its warm, energetic, characterful, and distinctive sound, defined the acid house movement of the late 1980s. Widely misunderstood when it was launched in 1981, the quirky box was rediscovered by electronic music producers a few years later, and its swirling, liquid sound captivated a generation and started a true revolution. The true revolution began when a generation was captivated by the undulating, liquid sound that emanated from it.
