The Active Mic Cable is a microphone cable dedicated to dynamic microphones (moving coil/ribbon type) with an active buffer circuit built into the XLR(F) plug.

By controlling the "electromagnetic braking" of the dynamic microphone, the dynamic range of the microphone is extended, and by incorporating a buffer circuit immediately after the microphone output, ideal impedance conversion & signal transmission are achieved from both an electrical and physical point of view.
