Waves CLA Classic Compressors is a collection of compressor plug-ins that perfectly models four compressors that audio engineers around the world need in collaboration with Chris Lord-Alge.

The CLA-2A models an electro-optical vacuum tube compressor. The CLA-3A is based on an early 70s solid-state unit known for its unique and transparent sounding compression curve.

The CLA-76 is inspired by the Class A line level limiting amplifiers of the mid-60s and has two types, ""Blue"" and ""Black"", which realize the fast attack that was highly praised in studios. These true classics are now available as perfect plug-ins, with their original sound and characteristics intact.
