Designed from the ground up to be the ideal True Peak Limiter
Until now, most digital limiters with a True Peak mode have had the True Peak mode as an afterthought. As a result, users complained of low-end instability, poor stereo imaging, and artifacts. With bx_limiter True Peak, however, Brainworx has taken a new approach, designing the plugin from the ground up to perform as well or better than traditional digital limiters while eliminating pesky inter-sample peaks and producing cleaner results. The result is a plugin that is as clean as a conventional digital limiter.

Tested and approved by mastering professionals after a two-year campaign period
With input from mastering engineers worldwide, Brainworx engineers packed bx_limiter True Peak with new technology and controls. SOS (Selective Oversampling) allows oversampling to be employed only when it improves the signal and avoided when it is deemed detrimental to the sound. In addition, the "Advanced Look-Ahead" design and blazing speed deliver tighter, more accurate low-end end and better stereo imaging than any other peak limiter (even at extreme settings).

Additional Controls
bx_limiter True Peak does more than limit peaks. It has simple yet powerful tools to help you create a more perfect master. It has a low-pass filter and a high-pass filter to control the extremes of sound. In addition, the unique XL and Foundation saturation filters allow you to fine-tune the sound of the master by subtly adding weight, heaviness, tightness, and transparency.

In addition, the bx_limiter True Peak has the metering and monitoring options essential for keeping track of audio. bx_limiter True Peak includes traditional level and gain reduction meters, plus customizable loudness to achieve specific loudness targets. Actual Peak has a customizable loudness meter to achieve specific loudness targets, a correlation meter to check phase consistency, and the ability to monitor the center, side, and L/R channels individually or solo.
