VoxDoubler is the first plug-in released from Sonnox's new range of plug-in products.

VoxDoubler was developed to solve complex and time-consuming problems and tasks in the audio mixing process for beginners and professionals alike and is based on Sonnox's long-standing tradition of high-quality, precise, transparent-sounding audio processing. It is also maximized in the Toolbox range.

VoxDoubler consists of two plug-ins focusing on the processing needs of the most demanding vocal doubling workflows.
Vocal performance is at the heart of a track. Vocal doubling can be a very effective way to bring vivid contrast, drama, and presence to a song's story.

Vocal track doubling can be used throughout a track or at critical points in a chorus or lyric. In today's pop music scene, recording without that unique quality to connect with the listener would be unthinkable.

Vocalists are not always there when you need dubbing that sounds natural and compelling. Of course, time will inevitably be spent recording and sorting through the dubbing or copying the original lead take into another editor, adjusting pitch and timing, and putting it back together.

Classic stereo imager, chorus, and harmonizing effects are often preferred because they are quick and easy to work with. However, these techniques often have unnatural side effects.

Products Included This product includes the following plug-ins

Widen.
This plug-in generates two mono voices, panning them to the left and right of the original. By widening the mono track, the performance can be slightly emphasized, or vocals can be placed with extreme left/right panning.
You can also create a new track for doubling and mix the parallel-processed double voice with the original track.

Thicken.
This plug-in allows you to create a new stereo double voice and use it over the original. It can emulate the effect of recording the same part twice in a mono-track performance or using each voice as a stereo group by layering them on top of each other.
