Moogerfooger effects plug-ins artistically reinvent Bob Moog's classic analog effects modules using DSP, bringing the legendary efficacy and musicality of the original hardware effects to the digital music production environment.
Designed by Bob Moog and his engineering team in the late 90s and 00s, the Moogerfooger effects are a direct descendant of the original Moog modular synthesizer, processing any audio source from guitar and voice to synthesizer; they are designed to process, modulate, and playback any audio source, from guitars and voices to synthesizers.
With stereo capabilities and extensions, these plug-ins take the classic features of the Moogerfooger and update them for the modern creator.
With all parameters automated and presets stored and managed, Moogerfooger effect plug-ins reconfigure your audio tracks.
Adding Moogerfooger effects to your sound is the beginning of exploration and experimentation to bring your unique musical expression to life.

MF-101 Lowpass Filter
Moog's iconic ladder lowpass filter
The MF-101 is a direct descendant of the original Moog modular synthesizer released in 1998, ideally incorporating two modular functions: Moog's iconic all-analog 4-pole lowpass filter, which, combined with the envelope follower, gives the filter dynamic movement. Dynamic movement to the filter's sound.
All performance parameters are voltage controllable, allowing the player to "play" while manipulating the effect settings using expression pedals or other CV sources. This shows that the MF-101 is a simple effect and part of the performance instrument.
MF-102 Ring Modulator
Retro and futuristic feel to the sound
The MF-102 Ring Modulator was released in 1998 and is a direct descendant of the original Moog modular synthesizer, ideally incorporating three modular functions.
The ring modulator, voltage-controlled carrier oscillator, and voltage-controlled dual waveform low-frequency oscillator bring the sound a retro and futuristic feel. All performance parameters are voltage-controlled, allowing the player to "play" while manipulating the effect settings using expression pedals or other CV sources. This shows that the MF-102 is a simple effect and part of the performance instrument.
MF-103 12-Stage Phaser
Swirling Phaser Effect
The MF-103 12 Stage Phaser was released in 1999 and is a direct descendant of the original Moog modular synthesizer, ideally incorporating two modular functions.
The 6/12 stage voltage-controlled phaser and a wide range of voltage-controlled low-frequency oscillators (LFOs) bring the sound a retro and futuristic feel.
All performance parameters are voltage controlled, allowing the player to "play" while manipulating the effect settings using expression pedals, MIDI to CV converters or other CV sources. This makes the MF-103 a simple effect and part of the performance instrument. MF-103 is not a simple effect but part of the performance instrument.
MF-104 Analog Delay
Lush, warm analog delay
The original hardware MF-104 Analog Delay was released in 2000 as part of the classic line of Moogerfooger effects. This opulent all-analog delay incorporates a dual-range BBD (Bucket Brigade Device) element that provides delay times from 40 to 800 milliseconds. Later versions offered tempo synchronization and extensive time modulation options via a multi-waveform LFO. All performance parameters can be voltage controlled, allowing the player to "play" while manipulating the effect settings using expression pedals or other CV sources. This makes the MF-104 a simple effect and part of the performance instrument.
MF-105 MuRF
Vivid animation of input sound
The MF-105 MuRF (Multiple Resonant Filter Array) was designed by Bog Moog in 2004 and is a direct descendant of the original Moog modular synthesizer and professional rack effects.
The device consists of two functions: an 8-band resonant filter with bass or midrange frequencies and a pre-programmable ANIMATION module that modulates the eight filter levels in an envelope sequence. Several performance parameters are voltage-controllable, and the front panel rotary controls and switches can be controlled using MIDI. Patterns in the animation module can be synchronized to a MIDI clock, and MIDI input allows the user to customize the internal patterns.
MF-107 Freqbox
VCO Sound Box
The MF-107 Freqbox was released in 2007 and is a direct descendant of the original Moog modular synthesizer. It includes a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) with variable waveforms, hard sync, and frequency modulation via audio input, and an envelope follow that allows the dynamics of the input signal to modulate the frequency of the VCO, as well as several complete Modular synth functions are included.
Additionally, the amplitude of the VCO is controlled by the input signal's dynamics, and the VCO can be mixed with the audio input.
MF-108M Cluster Flux
Flexible chorus, flanging, and vibrato
The original hardware MF-108M Cluster Flux was released in 2011 and is a direct descendant of the original Moog modular synthesizer, ideally incorporating several modular synth features.
It has a dual-range BBD (Bucket Brigade Device) delay line designed for very short delay times and a multi-waveform LFO that modulates the delay line to create chorus, flanger, or vibrato effects.
All performance parameters can be controlled via voltage control or MIDI, and incorporating a control voltage output means that the MF-108M can be used with other Moogerfoogers or voltage-controlled (CV-compatible) devices.
NEW! MF-109S Saturator.
Input drive stage to add warmth, distortion, and crunch
The MF-109S Saturator is a new creative audio processor born out of the development of the Moogerfooger effects plug-in.
The MF-109S provides dynamic control over this drive circuit, giving artists a new way to use this unique saturation tool.
