JENS BOGREN IR PACK: RHYTHM" is an impulse response (IR) pack designed for heavy rhythm guitar by producer/engineer Jens Bogren. Captured using the same cabinets, microphones, and analog chains as the artists whose songs you may have heard, the IRs were created and mixed using the highest quality equipment in Jens Bogren's productions. Years of field testing have confirmed that they fit quickly into dense mixes.

Some people prefer to use the same setup for all guitar parts, but in Jens Bogren's experience, this often leads to overlapping sound characteristics and similar frequency bands. Low-end resonance is especially important on heavy rhythm guitars. To create parts that complement each other, Jens Bogren has dedicated cabinets for rhythm, lead, and clean parts and a different approach to microphone, blending, and EQ for the back end of the cabinet.
