This mute was developed by Dennis Wick, who was a principal player of the London Symphony Orchestra, after repeated prototype testing. The Travel Mute is a practice mute that provides a sound-dampening effect. It features a natural pitch and playing feel that makes you forget you are wearing a mute. It can be stored in the case while still attached to the inside of the bell, and is lightweight, making it very convenient to carry around.

YEP-621に使用。
友人が持っていたデニスウィックのトラベルミュートとベストブラスのウォームアップミュートを吹き比べてこちらにしました。
ミュートの特性として若干の音程と吹奏感の変化はありますが、どちらも許容範囲というか非常に小さいもので、しかも音量はとても小さくなるので、日中であれば集合住宅でも気兼ねなく練習することが出来ます。
非常に良い買い物をしました！
