Variations
This mute was developed by Dennis Wick, who was a principal player of the London Symphony Orchestra, after repeated trial and error of prototypes. The synthetic mutes are a high-cost performance series with the same design as the wooden mutes, but at a lower price. They are made of durable plastic and provide excellent performance.
