This microphone combines the MMC2011 capsule with the MMP-A preamplifier. The capsule inherits the design of DPA's acclaimed miniature microphones and employs a newly developed dual-diaphragm system. The MMC2011 delivers clear sound even when the microphone is off-mic, making it ideal for live-stage applications.

Stereo sound recording made more accessible
The ST2011A is a stereo kit comprising two carefully selected DPA 2011A cardioid microphones with sensitivity differences within ±1.5 dB.
Typical stereo sound recording methods such as XY and ORTF are now more accessible.
With the perfect blend of transparency, richness, and dynamic range, the ST2011A has proven itself on numerous stage and recording sessions to be as good as more expensive stereo microphones.
