This microphone combines the MMC2011 capsule with the MMP-A preamplifier. The capsule inherits the design of DPA's renowned miniature microphones and uses a newly developed dual diaphragm system. It achieves clear sound even when off-mic, making it ideal for live performances.

The ST2011A is a stereo kit that pairs two carefully selected DPA 2011A unidirectional microphones with a sensitivity difference of less than ±1.5dB.
Typical stereo recording methods such as XY and ORTF are now more accessible.
