Records and plays back 2 minutes of knob movements to set audio/CV pan. Multi-channel possible.

PANMIX is a panning mixer that can record and play back knob movements.

It can handle audio and CV, and the input voltage range is up to +-5V. The panning of the A/B channels is adjusted by inputting an external CV such as a knob or LFO to the CV-PAN. Press the REC button on each track to record knob movements for more than 2 minutes each. The recorded knob movements can be played back in one shot by pressing the PLAY button, or looped by pressing and holding the PLAY button. The playback speed can be adjusted during playback.

In addition to the main pannable A/B channels, there are three audio/CV inputs DIRECT-INPUT (MONO, LEFT, RIGHT) that are routed directly to the output and mixed with the A/B channels. These inputs can be used to directly mix other sources or to chain two or more PANMIX units together.

The inputs can be individually switched to +6dB audio level using the slide switch on the back of the module.

A RESET input is provided to reset the playback position of all three tracks.

The recorded knob movements can be permanently saved even when the power is turned off by inserting the included CR2032 button cell battery into the socket on the back of the unit.
