FLAME / Crossmix

A crossfader that records and plays back 2 minutes of knob movements that set the volume of audio/CV.

CROSSMIX is a dual channel crossfader that can record/play back knob movements.

It can handle audio and CV, and the input voltage range is up to +-5V. Each channel has two audio/CV inputs, and the mix level can be adjusted by inputting an external CV such as a knob or LFO (up to 125Hz) to CVMIX. Press the REC button on each channel to record knob movements (or CVMIX) for more than 2 minutes. Recorded knob movements can be played back in one shot by pressing the PLAY button, or looped by pressing and holding the PLAY button.

The four inputs can be individually switched to +6dB audio levels using the slide switch on the back of the module.

Each channel has a RESET input to reset the playback position.

Recorded knob movements can be permanently saved even when the power is turned off by inserting the button battery CR2032 included with the module into the socket on the back of the unit.
