FLAME / Chord Machine 2

A module with the ability to create up to 232 types of chords and 70 types of scales.

CHORD MACHINE 2 is a module with chord generator, arpeggiator, and quantizer functions. It generates up to 8 octaves and 4 parts of chords. There are 42 preset chords and 16 user-defined chords, and you can create an expanded form with the first, second, and third notes shifted by one octave, so you can use a total of 232 chords. There are 54 preset scales and 16 user-defined scales, so you can use a total of 70 scales.

CHORD MACHINE 2 provides an arpeggiator output that can generate 2-voice, 3-voice, and 4-voice chords, as well as arpeggios. The arpeggiator mode allows you to set the direction (ascending, descending, alternate, random) and octave range. The arpeggiator channel can also be used as a quantizer, allowing you to set different scales for ascending and descending.

Equipped with a playlist function that allows you to set 24 lines/10 parameters and change each function (transpose, program list parameters, arpeggio sequence, octave range, etc.) using an external CV signal. 12 playlists can be saved.

5 CV outputs are set to 1V/Oct characteristics.

Firmware can be updated using USB.
