The 572 Red Stripe is a preamplifier for microphones and instruments developed according to the 500 series standards. It is a transformer balanced design with a Sowter at the input stage and an Edcor transformer at the output stage, and all regulators on the front panel have step switches.

The perfect solution for recording instruments such as guitars and keyboards using the front panel mounted Hi-Z input, as well as signals from microphones.
