"REAL HANDPAN" is a soft sound source that plays the handpan, which has become one of the most popular percussive instruments in spite of being a new instrument that appeared in the early 2000s. In collaboration with Wolfgang Ohmer, one of the world's leading handpan players, the unique sound character of handpans based on Caribbean steel drums and Indian ghatam is fully captured and realistic with a variety of playing styles. A virtual instrument was born.

Wolfgang Ohmer has many years of experience as a handpan player and knows how to make the most of the instrument's special sound characteristics. You can use key switches to switch between the playing styles that are important for creating realistic melody and rhythmic passages. With up to 57 velocity groups per key, it reproduces characteristic sounds in detail. Since the individual sampled has a D minor scale (Kurd 9), the percussive sound is mainly in the D key, and all basic playing techniques such as sustain can be played chromatically. Also included are pads that can be switched or blended with accurately sampled handpan sounds. There are also modulation options and effects to create amazing soundscapes.
