""KWAYA"" is an African choir sound source that provides expressive singing and chanting. It was created by Eduardo Tarilonte, who has created many classic software sound sources such as ""SHEVANNAI"" and ""ERA II"", and was produced by inviting the Ugandan choir ""Aba Taano"", which has won various awards.

The main ""Kwaya, African Voices"" instrument of this product contains multi-samples. The voices of the two women and four men who make up the choir are all sampled solo, and they can be individually adjusted in volume/pan and muted, so they can also be used as solo instruments. Using the ""PHRASE ARRANGER"" function, you can create 20 phrases that freely combine up to eight vowels and 40 types of syllables, and switch between them using key switches. Natural legato performance is possible.

Other included instruments include FX instruments such as Chants, Poems, Yells and FX, Vocal Rhythms, which create rhythms with voice, and Soundscapes instruments, which create textures by layering multiple sounds such as voice samples and synth pads.

KWAYA is a software sound source that is useful not only for creating music for videos and games, but also when you want to add an African or tribal essence to ambient or dance tracks.
