Since the 11th century, music has been preserved in the form of sheet music. The music written there has been waiting for centuries to be played.

Nearly 20 years after the birth of music notation software, recent notation software has been used with sound sources, making it possible to breathe life back into scores accumulated over centuries. There has always been a need for music notation software to be able to reproduce musical note information as "sounds," because it is much faster and more comfortable to produce music if you can hear it. However, in the beginning, little was said about the quality of the sound it reproduced.

More recently, music notation software developers have developed interfaces for connecting software samplers. As a result, the sound that was only for confirmation, which could not be called music in the first place, was reborn as a new musical experience. However, the quality of playback was still highly dependent on the quality of the source and software support.

The Xsample Chamber Ensemble was born to meet such needs. We succeeded in creating an extremely finely tuned music room. Combined with music notation software, musicians can now create music with great ease, as if an invisible hand were helping them. Any instrument, any sound, any nuance and any mix. Articulations, dynamics, speed and playing styles are automatically “translated” into precise and musically expressive material.

This library contains two versions: a score version for playback in music notation software, and a play version for use with keyboards and host applications. By standardizing the instruments, you will be able to intuitively operate both very live performances and various articulations.
