Highest quality conductor material
The choice of conductor material is extremely important for sound quality. The VOVOX sonorus series uses extremely high purity copper for the solid core conductor. In addition, each wire is covered with a natural fiber net to prevent triboelectric noise and at the same time contribute to further improving sound quality.

Made in Switzerland
All VOVOXR Sound Conductor products are hand assembled in Switzerland. The cable, including the solder, is lead-free.

Ultra-high purity polymer
VOVOX Sound Conductors are covered with high-tech polymers. Plastic materials are not directly related to signal transmission. However, they do affect sound quality. For this reason, VOVOX does not use any PVC, which affects sound quality. We only use high-purity plastics without plasticizers. We even avoid the use of direct color pigments.

Ground-only conductor
The conductor in the cable plays multiple roles. The main function of the shield is to prevent interference from external noise. In many cables, the shield is also used as a return signal conductor. VOVOX uses a conductor dedicated to ground. Although the structure is complicated, it achieves clear and excellent sound quality.

Conductor placement
In any conductor, current induces a magnetic field. If the distance between two conductors is too close, mutual interference occurs and the sound quality deteriorates. Therefore, VOVOX cables are placed in an optimal position with sufficient distance.

Flexible and reliable
VOVOX uses a solid core instead of a general wire to maximize sound quality. A solid core provides an overwhelmingly pure and clear sound compared to a general wire, but it lacks flexibility. In order to achieve cable flexibility even with a solid core, a unique manufacturing method is used for VOVOX sound conductors.

The lead formation of each conductor is coated with a polymer jacket. Then, multiple leads are bundled in a spiral shape and covered with a flexible net. This structure maintains the axis of the wire even when the cable is bent, preventing strong tension on the wire itself and allowing it to be bent smoothly without sacrificing sound quality.
