The choice of conductor material is extremely important for sound quality. The VOVOX sonorus series uses extremely high purity copper for solid core conductors. In addition, each wire is covered with a natural fiber net to prevent triboelectric noise and at the same time contribute to further improvement of sound quality.

The VOVOX Sound Conductor is covered with a high-tech polymer. Plastic materials are not directly involved in signal transfer. However, the sound quality will be affected. Therefore, VOVOX does not use any PVC that affects sound quality. Only high-purity plastics that do not use plasticizers are used. The conductors in the cable play multiple roles. The main function of the shield is to prevent the interference of external noise. Placement of conductors
Electric current induces a magnetic field in any conductor. If the distance between the two conductors is too close, mutual interference will occur and sound quality will deteriorate. Therefore, the VOVOX cable is placed in the optimum position with sufficient distance.



Flexible and highly reliable
VOVOX uses a solid core instead of a standard wire to maximize sound quality. Solid cores are overwhelmingly pure and clearer than regular wires, but they are less flexible. The VOVOX sound conductor uses a unique manufacturing method to achieve cable flexibility even with solid cores.

The lead formation of each conductor is coated with a polymer jacket. A flexible net covers a spiral bundle of multiple leads. With this structure, the axis of the wire is maintained even when the cable is bent, preventing strong tension from being applied to the wire itself, and it is possible to bend smoothly without sacrificing sound quality.
