TELEFUNKEN / TF47

The CC8 is a small diaphragm condenser microphone handmade in Vienna, Austria. Equipped with an OCC7 capsule inspired by the legendary CK1 capsule, it combines tradition and the latest technology, including high SPL support and a two-stage high-pass filter/pad.

The TELEFUNKEN TF47 is a newly designed condenser microphone based on the German sound inspired by the historic microphones U47 and M49. The deep low end and midrange give any source depth and presence. It is ideal for recording vocals, guitars, and drums.

Circuit Design
The core of the TF47 is a brass K47-style capsule, a 5840W vacuum tube, and a custom-made BV8 transformer also found in the U47.

These components allow the TF47 to achieve a warm and punchy sound reminiscent of the U47.
