"AMPLE CHINA PIPA" is a software sound source that allows you to play Pipa (Chinese biwa) on your computer as you wish. It contains two sample libraries, Master (traditional Pipa tone) and Expert (modern style).

Using the Ming dynasty Pipa handmade and remade by Pipa's master Weidong Cao, 11 types of articulations such as sustain, harmonics, and bend are recorded with a dry natural sound that does not contain reverberation components. It is equipped with various tremolo (tremolo, rolling tremolo, shaking tremolo) legato and slide tremolo functions, which are one of the characteristic playing styles of Pipa.

Equipped with a "Strummer mode" for playing chords, you can play with arpeggios and strokes using rhythm patterns that can be registered up to 8 types. The rhythm pattern to be used can be switched in real time with a key switch. Of course, it also supports chord performances where you can freely control up / down strokes, mute, picking of any string, etc. with the key switch.

In addition, the "FX panel" is equipped with an 8-band EQ, a compressor with selectable RMS and Peak, a 6-Tap Echo, and an IR Reverb, making it possible to create sounds in a visually easy-to-understand manner.

-At stand-alone startup, MIDI input is possible using the computer keyboard as a virtual keyboard.
-Attack time and start time adjustment function that occurs before a finger or pick hits a string and is played and pronounced.
