PORTAL is a plug-in effect that uses granular synthesis to freely manipulate time. It uses advanced, musical methods to transform various instruments, drum samples, vocals, guitars and other audio into infinite new possibilities.

Previous granular synthesis results were abstract and chaotic. However, with PORTAL, you can resynthesize sounds to get results that are highly related to the input sound. This is a step beyond conventional granular synthesis.
