A composer's toolkit of unique, modern scoring sounds from the mind, heart and soul of acclaimed artist Keaton Henson.

Recorded at Church Studios in London (Adele, The XX, Nick Cave, Bad Seeds), this collection features delicate strings, woodwinds, piano and guitar. The simple, gentle and sad sounds embody complex emotions such as nostalgia and loneliness. By combining multiple mixer signals, you can freely create sounds that are modern or like faded photographs.

The unique beauty of this library lies in its imperfections. You will feel the human moment between the notes. This collection of sounds is the perfect starting point for your compositions, and also a great way to add exciting and versatile new material to your sound palette.

Included Instruments

Piano: An old but well-maintained piano with an exquisite character that everyone loves, like a piano that you can't help but play every time you pass by. It's exciting to play and incredibly realistic.
Strings: A small arrangement of 3/0/2/2/1 recorded in close proximity. By never playing too loud, we achieve an emotional and epic sound without losing the resolution of the performance.
Guitar: From picking to more complex playing techniques to rich, emotive pads and swells. All sounds are played on Keaton Henson's trademark Telecaster and re-amped in the beautiful Church Studios.
Contrabass Clarinet: A beautiful, tingly soft double bass sound, achieved with an exquisitely light breath that does not impair the tone.

Tubex: An incredibly warm, smoky, and distinctive tubex (contrabass saxophone) with subtle breathing, soft tone changes, and a growling drone at loud volumes.
