The USB bus-powered Oxygen series MKV is equipped with two smart control modes such as code mode / scale mode, auto mapping, arpeggiator and note repeat functions, and other functions for free expression and creativity of creators. It also features eight backlit velocity-enabled pads, nine assignable faders, eight assignable knobs, and a velocity-enabled full-size keyboard.

Built-in arpeggiator
With the arpeggiator function, you can change the performance of virtual instruments on your keyboard or DAW. If you press a chord while the arpeggio function is enabled, the arpeggio will operate according to the tempo set on the keyboard or DAW, and the selected time signature. For example, if you set it to 1/4, the arpeggio notes will sound in quarter note increments. By using the arpeggiator function in Latch mode or Momentary mode and controlling Type / Octave / Gate / Swing, you can easily perform creative performances.

Smart Control
Equipped with a chord mode / scale mode for smooth music production. When you enable chord mode, you can play chords with the push of a key or pad on your keyboard. You can easily set the chord mode and customize the chords played on the keyboard as chords. In scale mode, it is possible to disable keys other than notes of the specified scale. These modes have over 15 scale variations and custom modes. By using chord mode and scale mode, you can spend more time on creative production without wasting time learning musical skills.

Excellent operability and automatic mapping function in DAW software and performances
You can easily make music using DAW software. Ableton, ProTools, MPC Beats, Cubase, Logic, Studio One, or any other music production software can also be automatically mapped by simply selecting it on the Oxygen series itself. By directly mapping the main functions such as transport, fader, panning, REC, and Solo / Mute playback, you can intuitively control your DAW from the Oxygen 49 MKV main unit. In addition, the virtual instruments (Mini Grand and Hybrid 3) provided by the included AIR Music Tech allow instant mapping. Intuitive real-time control for music creation and mixing.
