◇ Easy to set up! How to use the mat
(1) Turn the two valves to automatically suck and swell.
② Spread the mat so that the air is well distributed.
③ If it is new or has not been used for a long time, it may be difficult to swell because the urethane material inside is not familiar.
* If the swelling is slow, fold it several times to familiarize the urethane material and make it easier to swell.
④ When the swelling is completed, close the valve.
If the bulge is not enough, blow air directly into the valve by mouth.

◇ Smooth tidying up! Storage method
(1) Turn the two valves to secure an escape route for air.
② Hold it with your knees and roll it up while crushing the air.
③ After rolling to the end, turn the two valves to close them.
④ Put together two places with the attached band and you're done.
