SENNHEISER / IE300

The SENNHEISER IE300 is a new model in the IE series of in-ear earphones that incorporates new technology to accurately convey the artist's thoughts to the listener. The IE800 uses an improved version of the 7mm Extra Wide Band (XWB) driver, which has a good reputation, to convey the sound the artist intended exactly as it was.

■Delivers a well-balanced Sennheiser sound created by engineers who have been tuning Sennheiser's sound quality for many years. It delivers a warm sound that conveys emotion. ■The 7mm ExtraWideBand (XWB) driver, which is well-known and used in the IE800, has been further refined. The membrane foil (diaphragm) uses a material that boasts high internal loss and low resonance characteristics. In addition, its shape has been determined through repeated computer analysis and listening tests, and it is a plain shape with no coating. ■Uses unique acoustic technology "Resonator Chamber & Acoustic Back Volume". The resonator chamber, precisely positioned in front of the membrane foil, eliminates unnecessary high-frequency resonance that theoretically occurs within the stem. エージングが必要

最初聴いた感想はやはり、金属的な高音はするが音の分離は最高。
古いiPhoneで大好きなJAZZを60時間以上鳴らし込んで、（勿論一日9時間を1週間以上かけて）エージングしてみると、高音は艶になって、ボーカルがリアルに耳元で歌ってくれます、また低音の分離も良くなってウッドベースの弦の再現が素敵に。IE100Proと聴き比べても値段の差以上あると思います。今は仕事でモニターHPの代わりに使ってます。

高音がうるさい

10000Hz以上の高音が異様にブーストされていて、ハイハットを始めとする高周波の音が耳に刺さります。
そのため、自分はすぐに売りました。
一応音質が良いことに定評があるIEMですので、店頭などで試して相性が良いと思ったら買うと良いと思います。

音楽歴20年超えているが、

・わざとらしい部分の低域帯が表に出過ぎていて高音しんでいる。どころか中域帯さえ聴こえにくい
・全く今までのゼンハイザーの音ではない
・上手く装着しづらすぎ
・よくビックカメラとかで視聴できる低域ばかり出ている素人イヤホン

以上。いままで購入した数多のイヤホンの中でダントツにダメです。
なお私はEDMも得意なのですが・・・残念。
おそらく売れ専狙いなのでしょう。
