SampleTank 4 was developed to be the ""first thing you start"" when composing. Not only do they provide the sounds you need to compose, they are also of quality to be used directly in your final productions. Up to 8,000 presets covering a wide range of styles, genres and sounds, with a total capacity of 250GB*.

The new library contains 200GB of all-new sounds, including concert pianos, keyboards, guitars, drums, strings, brass, synths and percussion.* A total of 90,000 new samples*. Includes samples for each articulation as well as round robin samples that generate natural variations when the same note is played repeatedly. These samples load faster than ever before thanks to SampleTank 4's efficient disk streaming engine.

SampleTank 4's new sound library was carefully recorded in Europe, the US and at IK's own custom-built studio in Modena, Italy.

SampleTank 4 has a redesigned browser for selecting sounds. You can narrow down thousands of included sounds by tone, style, genre, atmosphere, and more. You can quickly extract the sound you want, or get inspiration from unexpected search results. Detailed descriptions of each sound, effects, and macros are displayed at the same time, so you can immediately grasp the information you need. This renewed browser function provides an environment where you can instantly get the sounds and information you need, so you can concentrate on your production.

SampleTank 4 includes a total of 70 effects (including 13 new effects) that overturn the concept of multi-part software sound sources. All of these are the highest quality effects inherited from IK Multimedia's AmpliTube and T-RackS.
