BEHRINGER / TD-3-BB

The Behringer TD-3 is an homage to the legendary synth that gave birth to house music. With a newly added distortion circuit, it allows you to create any sound imaginable. Equipped with an analog signal path, 16-step sequencer, real VCO, VCF, and VCA filters, its sound will strongly inspire track makers.

Pure Analog Signal Path
Meticulous engineering has been applied to the design of the VCO, VCF, and VCA, faithful to the original, and to the pure analog circuitry with matched transistors. Its ultra-flexible sound-shaping capabilities cover everything from thick bass and lead tones to amazing effects and otherworldly sounds from your imagination.

The TD-3 allows you to create amazing sounds immediately with its default signal routing that requires no patch cables. Its highly intuitive layout makes it easy to capture the inspiring sounds of 1980s and 90s progressive rock, wave, EDM, synth-pop, and more—sounds that shaped rock and roll history!

Versatile VCF
The essence of the TD-3's sound lies in its versatile 24 dB/octave filter. You can freely experiment with the low-pass cutoff frequency and resonance settings to create the perfect sound.

Vintage Oscillator
The TD-3's built-in VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) incorporates a transistor waveform shaping circuit, allowing you to select between reverse sawtooth and pulse waveforms for easy, ultimate sound creation.

Onboard Sequencer
You can program up to 16 steps of notes and rests and save them as patterns. Up to 250 patterns can be recorded, saved, and recalled, and all patterns can be saved in four groups. Sequences can be played in keyboard mode for creating and saving patterns, or in step mode for interactively playing while composing patterns.

Kick It Into Distortion
When you want to add even more power to your performance, simply flip the Distortion on/off switch to activate ""Envelope"" You can apply a ""Drive"" to boost the sound.

16-Voice Poly-Chain Support
The TD-3 is a monophonic instrument (one note at a time), but its 16-note poly-chain function allows you to combine multiple synthesizers to achieve up to 16-voice polyphony.

Controls and Connectivity
The TD-3 features 11 controls and 28 switches for real-time access to important parameters. Furthermore, you can expand the TD-3's tone-sculpting capabilities by connecting external devices using the multi-I/O patchbay!
