Thumb rest cushion from YAMAHA. It relieves pain in your fingers and makes it easier to hold the instrument. It can be used with both fixed and movable Yamaha clarinets (except for the large movable type). It is made of silicone rubber so it will not affect plating or paint. The color is yellow.
