私がメインで使用する楽譜浄書ソフトは別のソフトですが、仕事上Sibeliusのデータをコンバート等する必要がごく希にあります。
Sibeliusは以前から所有していましたが、今は必要な時だけ、この１年のサブスクでしのぎます。
先日もその必要があり、急遽こちらを購入。しかし、次の２つのエラーで起動できず！
（１）旧バージョンのSibeliusの、アクティベーション解除が不調。
（２）初回立ち上げ時に、本来は関係の無いプラグインソフトが邪魔する。
しかし代理店・リガサウンドが何度も丁寧にサポートしてくれて、無事に起動することができました。
（期待よりは、少し時間がかかってしまいましたが･･･）
実は１年半ほど前、まったく同じ状況となりました。
その際は、Sibelius起動時のエラーメッセージをクリックしてサブスクを購入したため、サポートはAvidのメーカー本体･･･これが非常に不便。
英語のサポートと言うこともあり、結局、原因究明まで至らずに起動しないまま。２万円ほどが無駄になることに。
と言うことで、旧バージョンからの再使用などのケースでは、特にサポートが重要！！！
