The world's first atomic audio editor is here!
Hit'n'Mix Ltd, part of the Neuratron Group, developers of the highly popular PhotoScore and AudioScore software, has announced the release of Hit'n'Mix Infinity 4.7, a major update to its revolutionary new atomic audio editor.
Hit'n'Mix Infinity unlocks audio like never before. No complex waveform or frequency spectrum editing is required, and instead you work with real notes, harmonics and unpitched sounds, making your audio feel like MIDI.
Hit'n'Mix Infinity 4.7 now lets you rip and export video and MIDI files, import and paint your own samples using the Instrument Palette, automatically detect and set BPM/tempo/scale/key, remove background and foreground noise, and many other audio processing and workflow improvements.
These upgrades add significant time and effort savings to the already powerful ""one-stop shop"" Hit'n'Mix Infinity offers, making it a powerful ""one-stop shop"" for automatic, manual, and creative time, pitch, and loudness editing for cleaning up vocals, instruments, dialogue, and sound effects.
The Infinity application includes the following features:
- Audio editing like retouching a photo
Duplicate pitch changes from other sounds, add realistic vibrato, blend sounds, paint sampled sounds, and more.
・Audio clip cleanup
Fix imperfections in notes, make detailed pitch corrections, remove background and foreground noise, erase noise within notes, remove unwanted notes including chords, improve the timing of notes without affecting other notes played at the same time, and fine-tune the levels of individual harmonics.
・Note and phrase enhancement
Add natural harmonies and counter melodies, transpose, time stretch, adjust stereo panning, and apply effects such as pitch quantize and reverb.
・Interactive tools based on bars, notes, harmonics, frequency, volume and stereo panning.
Hit'n'Mix Infinity does all these tasks automatically with amazing speed, precision and quality, saving you hours of editing time. Hit'n'Mix Infinity also works with the workflow of most DAWs such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, Ableton Live and FL Studio.
Hit'n'Mix Infinity 4.7 includes the following new features:
- Rip and export video (MAC only), MIDI and other file formats
- Import your own samples into your rips using the Instrument Palette
- Remove background and foreground noise
- New Draw Instrument, Replace Instrument, Cutter and Join Tools added to Audioshop.
- Enhanced editing features including selection, zoom, loop markers, bar and grid settings.
- Auto detect and set scale/key changes.
・Improved BPM/tempo detection and customization
・Various RipScript enhancements

・Comment from Martin Dawe, CEO of Hit'n'Mix Ltd
""Hit'n'Mix Infinity is the culmination of 17 years of research and we are really excited to offer a new audio editor that, unlike other editors, breaks down audio into its individual components of frequency, volume and harmonics, rather than samples and waveforms.
This allows you to change almost any characteristic without any restrictions, which is why we named it Hit'n'Mix Infinity.
Furthermore, Hit'n'Mix Infinity allows you to import, or ""rip"", mixed audio files, split them into different tracks, edit them as you like, and export them in the original file format or a host of other formats.
The latest version of Hit'n'Mix Infinity 4.7 now also allows you to rip video files, so we are excited to see how audio and video editors use the product, along with the many other new features added to this version.
