Faithfully reproduces the vintage sound of the 70's. Capable of sending control voltage to multiple oscillators. This module allows you to create complex patches and enjoy its sound without getting bored.

The early System 55, 35, and 15 synth modules were released in the early 70's, but they tended to be very expensive when combined. Also, op-amps were very expensive at the time, and they were primarily all discrete transistor designs. However, the discrete circuits gave the modules a unique sound, and they were used by many artists such as Keith Emerson, Stevie Wonder, and Tangerine Dream to bring us their best work. The modular synthesizer was a groundbreaking invention in electronic music, and even today the quality of the products continues to improve.

The CP3A-O OSCILLATOR CONTROLLER faithfully reproduces the circuits of the “Modular 55, 35, and 15” series from the 1970s, used by the world's most famous pop, rock, and jazz musicians. Musicians can now build a unique synthesizer system that fits into a standard Eurorack case at a very affordable price. The lineup includes many modules that can be combined to create your own unique synthesizer of your choice or fill a room from floor to ceiling, fulfilling the biggest dream of any synth freak.

Switch It Up

The CP3A-O module has four routing switches that can send control voltages to one or more oscillators. Switches 1?3 are connected to control inputs 1, 2, and 3. Switch 4 can route an external control voltage signal via a 3.5mm TS plug and is controlled by the attenuator knob.

Ins and Outs

Up to three external control voltage signals can be routed to any of the three summing control inputs. Signals from these inputs can be combined by turning on one of the matching routing switches. The bottom parallel jack routes the final combined voltage signal to the module to which it is connected. An excellent way to utilize the CP3A-O is to drive multiple 921A or B oscillator modules. This allows you to create more complex patches and never get tired of their sounds.

The CP3A-O OSCILLATOR CONTROLLER is very easy to install because it is designed to fit into a standard Eurorack case. Simply connect the power cable and install the module using the provided screws. This is all you need to do to mix the CP3A-O OSCILLATOR CONTROLLER with other synth modules to create your own unique setup.
