An external shotgun microphone that enables higher quality recording with SLRs and video cameras. This is a broadcast quality microphone with clear and accurate sound. Equipped with a shoe mount integrated with a shock mount. Equipped with a high pass filter that can be switched between flat and 80 Hz and a PAD switch that can be switched between -10db, 0db, and +20db. It can be adjusted according to the scene. This is a high-performance SLR microphone that achieves low noise and high sensitivity.

The BOYA BY-BM3031 is a supercardioid condenser shotgun microphone that delivers high-quality sound to digital SLR cameras, video cameras, audio recorders, and more.

It has a three-stage gain switch with +20dB boost, 0dB unity gain, and -10dB pad to prevent distortion caused by audio overload. It also has an 80Hz high-pass filter to remove unwanted low-frequency noise and rumble.

It is a lightweight microphone that can be easily attached to cameras and boom poles equipped with 3.5mm microphone terminals. It also has a built-in shock mount to reduce background noise caused by unwanted vibrations.

This microphone comes with a foam windscreen and a fur windscreen to reduce vocal pops and wind noise.

It can be used for up to 120 hours with two AA batteries (sold separately).
