The MKE 400 is an ultra-lightweight, highly portable mini shotgun microphone for digital SLR cameras.
Equipped with a screw-type shoe adapter, it can be easily attached to your camera.

Striving for both lightness and durability, the body weighs just 60g (without battery). It won't feel like a burden when shooting. It's the same size as a camera air duster, or even smaller in some cases, so you won't have to worry about adding extra luggage.
The combination of a sophisticated interference tube and a high-quality microphone capsule and preamplifier, while extremely compact, achieves sharp directionality without compromising sound quality. Furthermore, a high-performance rubber cushion is used at the connection point with the camera to prevent the lens drive noise and handling noise of the SLR camera from being transmitted to the microphone. Another major attraction is its long battery life of approximately 300 hours on a single AAA battery.
