The OCR8 from Austrian Audio is a Bluetooth dongle for the OC818 microphone.
The PolarPilot app allows wireless control of the directional, high-pass, and pad functions (controlling the OC818's analog circuitry by converting it to voltage) from a smartphone or tablet, and it operates on phantom power, so no batteries are required.
