FENDER's Pre-Wired Strat series is a pre-wired pickguard for Strats that updates both the look and the sound. It is equipped with Custom Shop Texas Special single coil pickups. It produces a Texas blues sound with a sticky midrange, clear highs, and tight lows by increasing the number of turns. The pickguard has 11 mounting holes and a tortoiseshell pattern.
