FENDER's Pre-Wired Strat series is a pre-wired pickguard for Strats that updates both the look and the sound. It is equipped with a Custom Shop Fat 50s single coil pickup. Based on the vintage Strat tone of the 50s, it produces a wild sound with an attack that emphasizes the low-frequency response. The pickguard has 11 mounting holes and a tortoiseshell pattern.
